Small but mighty, Rosie can keep up with any of the big guys! Rosie was an owner surrender and is used to lots of love and attention from people. So much so, that she thinks she needs to bark to demand more attention when no one is home. Because of this habit, she would do best in a home that doesn’t not have adjoined neighbors that would be bothered by barks. Rosie has not shown to be a big barker so far in the shelter, but staff is ready to discuss possible solutions to hopefully keep it that way in her future home. She likes to play with toys and has young dog energy! She excellent on a leash and would love to go for walks and explore. She gets along with some dogs, especially if they match her size and energy level. She is a people person…well dog and would love to be a shadow for life!
