Hi, my name is Petite and I’m looking for a place to call home. I am a sleek buff girl, about one year old. I enjoy exploring and especially looking out the window here at the Animal Center. I keep watching for my new family but so far the right person hasn’t come for me.

My story of arriving at the Animal Center includes myself and my three little buff babies. The Coralville police department brought us to the Animal Center. We were quickly placed into a foster home because my babies were just about 3 weeks old. My foster mother was concerned about me at first because I was so thin. (That’s where I got my name “Petite.”) After some fluids and some yummier foods being offered to me, I gained some weight and now I am just perfect. I was a great mom, and always made sure my babies had full bellies.

When the kittens were old enough, we returned from our foster home to go up for adoption. Fortunately, one of my kittens has found a home but the other two are still available. Nigel is a handsome fella, buff with bullseye markings. Sandra Dee looks just like me. We hope that you can find time to come out and visit us at the Animal Center at 4852 Sand Road. There are lots of kittens and cats here that would love to have a home with you!
